2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of this agreement is the sale and performance of health tourism, consultancy and related services ordered electronically by the Buyer through the vegahealthagency.com website and the regulation of the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. General Provisions

• The buyer declares that he / she has read and informed the basic qualifications, sales price, payment method, cancellation and return conditions of the service subject to the contract and that he / she has given his / her consent electronically.
• The Service shall be scheduled on the dates specified by the Purchaser and shall be implemented by mutual agreement of the parties.
• Any additional costs (visa, transportation, personal expenses, etc.) arising during the performance of the Service shall be borne by the Buyer.

4. Right of Withdrawal

• The buyer has the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days after the purchase of the service.
• In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made to the Seller within this period.
• If the performance of the service has started before the right of withdrawal expires, the Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• The buyer can request cancellation up to 24 hours prior to the service.
• Refunds to be made within the scope of the right of withdrawal shall be made within 14 business days at the latest through the channel through which the Buyer has made payment.
• If the service is partially received, the refund is made by deducting the amount of service used.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following services:

• Special packages created at the request of the recipient.
• Personalized health services.
• Services that have begun to be performed and are in progress.

7. Dispute Resolution

In disputes that may arise between the parties, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

This agreement has been established by being approved electronically and has been read, accepted and entered into force by the parties.
